Our Mission

ISPR is a professional association that exist to support in-house physician recruiters throughout the state of Illinois in their efforts to locate and retain quality physicians for their respective health systems, hospitals and clinics.  We will succeed in our mission by providing networking opportunities, educational programs, and communications mechanisms to directly, efficiently and cost-effectively link interested physician candidate with in-house recruiters.  We will also endeavor to educate physicians about their job search process, giving them the tools they need to identify and select the most ideal practice opportunity for themselves and for their families.
