Jennifer Goodwin,
Morris Hospital & Healthcare Centers
I have worked in different healthcare environments for the last 19 years, which has included 10 years of full cycle recruitment for physicians and advanced practice professionals. Working with a rural healthcare organization over the last 7 years makes it possible to also become responsible with details around on-boarding, incentive analysis, provider payment processes, compensation research & reporting, acquisitions, medical staff credentialing needs, and other aspects around provider contracts. ... I have a genuine love for people and wholeheartedly respect and have a passion for candidates' medical journey as they go through finding the best practice at which to work. Plus, the decision is not just from them, but seeing if we're a good fit for their family too. If you love provider recruitment you most likely get a thrill out of finding the right candidate and making connections internally from their CV and with local commerce and interests. Physician & APP Recruitment is an extremely detailed continuum that shows different ways to learn, prioritize, improve and align better with other supportive departments through a multi-disciplinary approach as we transition and retain providers as incredible assets to the communities in which they'll serve.
